“Ebony”
Introducing Prairie Silver Ebony... by our Silver stallion, Hancocks Silver Boy (aka Troy) and our good black mare, Classy Black Miss
(Classy). To the best of our knowledge, Ebony is the first Black Silver Quarter Horse filly to be born in Canada. She is a big, well-built
girl, taking after her sire, and we expect her to reach his height of 15.3 hh. She has inherited her mother’s lovely long, full mane n tail,
kissed with Silver, and four whilte socks give her lots of ‘bling’. Through her dam, Ebony is a grand-daughter of Jetsmoke N Thunder,
a top-ten contender in the 2002 World WFQHA Show.
Ebony has inherited a lot of her sire’s personality, loves to steal gloves from pockets and play with everything she can; and she isn’t
spooky or nervous. She has inherited her dam’s interest in moving up the heirarchy of the herd, without being nasty about it. Pretty,
well-built, well-mannered and well-bred... we couldn’t ask for more in a mare prospect.
